Opt for a room on a higher floor for better city views and reduced street noise. The local breakfast options offer unique flavors.

Central location with a cozy vibe
The hotel is ideally located, just a 15-minute walk to The Bund. Our family room was spacious, clean, and equipped with complimentary water and toiletries. The breakfast, while not Westernized, was a delightful exploration of local flavors.
The trek from the subway station with luggage can be tedious. Communication at the front desk was limited as English was not widely spoken, which can be challenging for international guests.

During my stay, I encountered multiple issues that were disappointing. The hotel felt outdated and cleaning seemed insufficient, with carpets showing stains. the noise levels from outside were disruptive, making it hard to sleep. Staff interactions were lacking, and I was not helped with my luggage, which was frustrating.

close proximity to metro station, spacious view-filled room, affordable pricing
Accessibility is a major issue with the massive flight of stairs!!! Gym amenities need serious upgrading with more equipment!!! The bathroom is ridiculously tiny—definitely not suitable for families!!! Heating control feels extreme and unmanageable!!!

i was almost ready to give a glowing review for the location, but then i found the room had stains, and absolutely no snacks were provided during the evening. i would have expected a complimentary gesture for my trouble, but instead, the staff simply shrugged their shoulders. my overall experience was just mediocre, sadly.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Shanghai close to metro stations and famous landmarks like Yu Garden. The spacious room had a stunning view of the city skyline, and the comfortable bedding made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast options included freshly made omelettes and a variety of both Asian and Western dishes.

The stay in the Deluxe Family Room was pleasant. the room was huge, clean, and provided a stunning city view. The hotel is located centrally with a short 15-minute walk to The Bund, making exploration easy. The breakfast offered a variety of options that were not Westernized and included freshly made dishes. There was also a convenient proximity to Laoxin metro, just a 6-minute walk away.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We appreciated the spacious Deluxe King Room that easily accommodated our family. The hotel's proximity to The Bund was a highlight. the lobby felt chilly, especially during our winter visit. Future guests should consider the weather when packing. Enjoy the local breakfast for a cultural experience!
